According to the fire control regulation in most of the countries, a certain rate of emergency tube should be equipped in public ares so that when emergency happens it can work and save people's lives. It can be used as general led tube. And the power consumption is only 35% of the general fluorescent tube. When city power supply is off, the general function would work in 1 second. And it can last for over 3 hours.
