In his important speech at the 12th BRICS Leaders' Meeting, President Xi Jinping announced establishment of an innovation base for BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership in Xiamen. Construction of BRICS innovation base provides new opportunities for Xiamen to promote all-round and high-level opening up, and will become strategic mainline of leading international development of Xiamen. On Dec.11, PVTECH was invited to participate in BRICS Innovation Base Construction Symposium organized by Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone, and made suggestions for Xiamen BRICS Innovation Base.
