In order to fairly enrich the spare time of employees, fully relax everyone after intense work, highly promote and activate the communication among new and old employees, greatly strengthen the construction of our team culture, and enhance team cohesion. Our company planned and organized the first outdoor outreach activity, primarily for the new employees and their leaders .

On November 13, 2021, the team building activity was held at the foot of Tianzhu Mountain with pleasant scenery and fresh air. Participants were divided into 4 teams, respectively named Team Wild Wolves, Team Flash, Team Almighty, and Team WarCock.  These 4 teams competed for the first place in a fierce competition.

The “Two-person Shoes” of "Mini Games" strained our brain to the extreme, and nobody has early thought that shoelaces could also be one of the tools ~~

In "Building Towers Together", everyone worked together to reach the balance~~

Do they look like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles？These two guys unintentionally created funny looks in "The Blind Phalanx".

The last part，"Tangram"，is like a market, so noisy and disorder, I barely felt my vocal cord after this part.

After the intense competition, Team WarCock finally obtained the first place.

In this outreach activity, through team creation, team integration, and collective honor construction, corporation cultural identity sculpturing and teamwork sense establishing， our staff realized the importance of responsibility and active communication. We gradually cooperate tacitly, open our hearts, and eventually the whole team was promoted to realize the importance of active communication with customers, it enhanced the cohesion of the team as well. Through intermediate-strength activities and evaluation summaries, students were urged and inspired， team awareness was cultivated , and "family culture" of PVTECH was created.
