On February 18, 2025, a delegation from Harbin Institute of Technology visited PVTECH. The delegation was led by university leaders, professors and students, and their visit was aimed at reporting on industry-university-research research and follow-up in-depth cooperation and communication on talent training.

During the meeting between Harbin Institute of Technology and PVTECH, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on their respective advantages and needs. Harbin Institute of Technology introduced the latest progress of the school in the field of scientific research and teaching, as well as the importance of cultivating students' practical ability. PVTECH shared its technological innovation and industrial application in the field of lighting, and expressed its demand for high-quality talents. At present, the two sides have cooperated and will cooperate in as many as 5 projects, and the two sides agreed that through the close cooperation of industry, university and research, they can give full play to their respective advantages, realize resource sharing, complement each other's advantages, and jointly promote the development and application of low-carbon lighting technology.

After the meeting, Mr. Cai Minghua, Deputy General Manager of PVTECH, and Mr. Lin Zhirong, Deputy Director of R&D, led the school to visit the laboratory and exhibition hall of PVTECH to learn more about the R&D strength and corporate culture of Puwei Optoelectronics. The teachers and students of Harbin Institute of Technology expressed their appreciation for the achievements of PVTECH and exchanged and discussed some technical issues with PVTECH technicians. The visit further deepened the understanding and trust between the two sides and laid a good foundation for subsequent cooperation.
