On June 26, 2025, the main project of the intelligent factory invested and constructed by PVTECH in the Singapore Industrial Zone in Vietnam was successfully capped yesterday. The project is expected to be officially put into operation on October 25 this year.
       The intelligent factory will fully cover the complete production process such as injection molding, die casting, stamping, spinning, baking, power supply, SMT, inductor manufacturing, etc., to achieve one-stop production and manufacturing of industrial lighting products, and more than 70% of the parts are manufactured in the factory. After the plant is put into operation, it will significantly improve PVTECH's delivery efficiency and better meet the rapidly changing needs of the global market.

As an important part of PVTECH's global strategic layout, the completion of the Vietnam factory will further optimize the company's manufacturing cost structure and enhance the competitiveness of its products in the international market. The factory adopts an intelligent production management system, and through the in-depth application of automation equipment and digital technology, it achieves double improvement in production efficiency and quality control.
      The successful capping of the Vietnam factory marks an important step forward in PVTECH's layout in the Southeast Asian market. In the future, we will continue to increase investment in intelligent manufacturing to provide customers with more cost-effective products and services.
